At the awards ceremony held at the Palace of Serbia, a letter of appreciation was also presented to the Speaker of the Parliament of Montenegro, Andrija Mandić, for his outstanding contribution to strengthening friendly relations between Montenegro and Serbia, and his dedication to preserving Serbian identity, culture, and tradition in Montenegro. Among nearly 50 honorees were Vladan Petrov, professor at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, Patrik Drid, dean of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Novi Sad, and violinist Jovan Kolundžija.
