KOLJEVIĆ: THE HEIGHT OF LEGAL AND ETHICAL RUTHLESSNESS OF NEO-COLONIAL CENTRES
BELGRADE, August 6 /SRNA/ - Senator of Republika Srpska Bogdana Koljević told SRNA that the political decision by the BiH Central Election Commission to strip the legally and legitimately elected President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik of his mandate represents the height of legal and ethical ruthlessness, both by political Sarajevo and by the neoliberal and neo-colonial centres in Europe.
Koljević pointed out that, after decades of failed attempts, primarily by the British and Germans to associate the name of the President of Republika Srpska with crime and corruption, and after millions were invested in creating a "suitable" opposition that would remove him in elections, the final scenario has now been activated: the attempt to dismantle the entire political, legal, and democratic order of a people in the heart of Europe. "This is a decision clearly directed against Republika Srpska and its people, who alone have the right to elect their president. But our people are well aware of this, just as they know they are the greatest strength and the ultimate bearer of sovereignty, alongside Srpska's institutions," said Koljević. She emphasized that the upcoming session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska is of crucial importance, since the Muslim and Western dismantlers of Dayton BiH seem not to understand, despite being told countless times, that the end of Dayton also marks the end of any viable option for BiH's existence. According to Koljević, BiH is on an irreversible path toward collapse, though Serbs are the last ones responsible for its downfall. She warned that all of this is happening at a time when "the fascistization of the EU is gaining momentum, with this process being its most striking expression." "From the unlawful 'appointment' of the illegal foreigner Schmidt as the supreme 'legislator' and 'overseer' – in violation of the Dayton Accords, through the farcical and ill-intentioned 'trial' of the President of Srpska, all the way to this CEC decision, it is all the same thing: an attempt to subjugate the Serbian people and abolish Srpska," Koljević said. She stressed that Serbs must never forget, and never will, that behind all of this lies the desire to seize their property, their rivers, forests, and land, so that one day they may awaken on foreign soil, no longer bearing their name. "But precisely because this miserable play performed by the CEC and the BiH Court is a repetition of history, the history of those who have always stood on the wrong side of it and they should know that the Serbs of the 21st century are the same Serbs from the First and Second World Wars, from the uprisings, and from all our centuries-long struggles for freedom - those who will always say: no pasaran!" Koljević concluded.
