BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – The Minister of Trade and Tourism of Republika Srpska Denis Šulić has stated for SRNA that he expects an exceptionally successful winter tourism season in Srpska, not only on Jahorina and Igrišta, but also in other tourist centers such as Banja Luka, Trebinje, Bijeljina, as well as in spa resorts.

Šulić noted that the first snow this year arrived earlier than usual, attracting the first winter sports and nature enthusiasts to Jahorina. "Pre-sale of ski passes has begun, generating interest among domestic and foreign tourists, which shows that guests are preparing for their winter holidays in Republika Srpska and want to take advantage of early purchase benefits," Šulić said. He emphasized that Republika Srpska has achieved excellent tourism results this year, with a significant increase in the number of arrivals and overnight stays by domestic tourists, confirming the success of the tourist voucher program, which citizens of Srpska have recognized. "These figures give us additional optimism and confidence that we will reach, and likely surpass, the records of previous seasons. The numbers confirm that tourism is one of the fastest-growing sectors of our economy and that all our efforts are yielding measurable results," Šulić stressed. He noted that Republika Srpska will continue investing in infrastructure, service improvement, and promotion of tourism potential to ensure that all visitors have an unforgettable experience and an added reason to return to Srpska.
