DODIK: THEY HAVE DESTROYED CONSTITUTION AND DAYTON BiH, SRPSKA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE
BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik stated today that by rejecting his appeal, the Constitutional Court of BiH has destroyed the constitutional order of BiH as well as the Dayton Peace Agreement, and that Republika Srpska is not responsible for any further consequences.
"Republika Srpska believes, and I, as its president, also believe, that there is no constitutional BiH. What exists is a BiH in free fall," Dodik said at a press conference in Banja Luka. He emphasized that the Constitutional Court of BiH is a renegade, incomplete institution - not a court that protects constitutions, but one that has destroyed the constitutions of both BiH and Republika Srpska. "This is an inquisitorial court, there is no rule of law here, everything is an improvisation," Dodik assessed. He pointed out that much has been done with the assistance of the European Commission and asked whether the citizens of Srpska are supposed to be foolish and accept their narrative that the rule of law exists in BiH. Dodik reiterated that in BiH, even the minimal foundation that the country should rest upon - the rule of law - is endangered. He said that Muslims and globalists have been jointly and persistently undermining the rights of Republika Srpska for the past 20 years, promoting the concept of a "civic BiH" and dismantling the Dayton framework of the country. "Yesterday came the final confirmation that BiH is neither a land, nor a state," Dodik concluded.
