ČOVIĆ: TALKS WITH DODIK CAN ONLY BRING GOOD THINGS
SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 6 /SRNA/ – The President of the HDZ BiH Dragan Čović stated today that a conversation with SNSD leader Milorad Dodik, or with any other colleague from Republika Srpska or the Federation of BiH /FBiH/, can only bring positive outcomes for BiH.
"I don't see why that should bother anyone. After all, you've seen the decisions made by the key international administration that oversees this region, and particularly BiH, both regarding the individual and the political party," Čović told reporters in Sarajevo. He emphasized that he has his own position, which he expresses in talks with representatives of the SNSD, SDS, and PDP, as well as with political parties from the Federation of BiH. "I believe that is the only way for BiH," Čović added. The HDZ BiH leader also referred to the positions presented at the UN Security Council session concerning cooperation among the constituent peoples in BiH. "That is a constitutional category, and it will take root as such. Whoever hasn't understood that, I feel sorry for them," Čović concluded.
