DODIK: WE WILL PUSH TO REGAIN ALL TRANSFERRED POWERS
BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 23 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik stated that Republika Srpska will now focus on repositioning itself, meaning it will seek the return of competencies that were taken away.
"We are demanding the return of all our competencies, and Siniša Karan, as a professor of constitutional law, will work on those matters, while I will work tirelessly on the organizational side to secure enough support to impose solutions and reclaim everything that was granted to us under the Dayton Agreement," Dodik said at a press conference in Banja Luka. He added that the SNSD's policy has always been clear and consistently dedicated to Republika Srpska and its people. "I am pleased that the majority of our people voted this way, giving their support to Karan and to the SNSD," Dodik stressed, adding that he sees this as support for himself as well. He added that there were attempts to remove him through an unfair process, but now "they have ended up with two Dodiks". "They will have to watch that every day, thank you," Dodik underscored, noting that Karan's victory will be further strengthened by votes from abroad.
