VETERANS CONSISTENT IN DEFENDING INTERESTS OF SRPSKA AND ITS PROPERTY

DOBOJ, NOVEMBER 29 /SRNA/ - The Doboj City Veterans’ Organization will remain consistent in defending the interests of Republika Srpska, and its property, jurisdiction, and constitutional rights are key prerequisites for the stability and progress of all citizens in BiH.

Petar Tubić, the president of the Assembly of the Doboj Veterans’ Organization, told SRNA that the veteran population, which made enormous sacrifices for the creation and defense of Republika Srpska, has both a duty and a moral obligation to publicly emphasize the importance of respecting the Dayton Peace Agreement and the constitutional order. “Instead of all of us working together 30 years after the war to strengthen the economy, create jobs, and improve the quality of life for citizens, political Sarajevo persistently generates unnecessary tensions,” Tubić said. He emphasized that such negative approaches lead to further divisions, distance the people from each other, and hinder the necessary social and economic development. He recalled that the stance of this organization is the preservation of the property of Republika Srpska, its functionality, and its constitutional competencies. Tubić emphasized that the veterans expect all political actors to turn toward constructive dialogue, respect for diversity, and consistent adherence to the Constitution of BiH and the Dayton principles. “Only in this way is it possible to build a stable future in which all citizens can live peacefully, safely, and with dignity,” Tubić said. He reiterated that the City Veterans’ Organization will remain consistent in protecting the interests of Republika Srpska, its property and constitutional rights, as well as the interests of all veterans and their families.
