GROWTH PLAN COLLECTION OF WISHES UNTIL FAKE SCHMIDT’S DECISIONS ARE WITHDRAWN FROM LEGAL FRAMEWORK
ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, DECEMBER 6 /SRNA/ – Staša Košarac, Council of Ministers Deputy Chair, says the Growth Plan is merely a collection of wishes, the discussion of which is pointless until the fake Christian Schmidt’s decisions are withdrawn from the legal framework.
Košarac emphasized that BiH is an aberrant and confusing country in which various political /mis/alignments and phenomena operate. Beyond the disoriented policies of the two little Troikas, Košarac says the political scene is marked by the strongly unconstitutional and anti-Dayton activities of the fake High Representative Christian Schmidt, as well as the EU Delegation, which under the guise of “progress on the EU path” tries to impose various “must-dos” on the country. “In the story about this infamous EU path, the Reform Agenda, and the Growth Plan, the laws on the Court of BiH and the HJPC are the dominant topics. This is a legal hodgepodge that needs to be clarified immediately and placed within constitutional boundaries,” Košarac said. He reminded that the Constitution states that the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopts laws, yet today laws are being proposed by a minister, a group of MPs in that very assembly, and there is no guarantee that the ‘occupier’ Schmidt won’t once again dare to impose something. “In this insane country, nothing is guaranteed,” Košarac posted on Instagram. If there is truly a desire for BiH to make any progress, Košarac said the solution is simple: all decisions of the illegitimate Schmidt, and those imposed earlier by other high representatives, must be withdrawn from legal circulation. It is necessary, he says, to conduct a recap and establish order in accordance with the Constitution, which defines that the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH is responsible for adopting laws. The Growth Plan is just a set of wishes. There will be no progress until the decisions of the fake high representative are withdrawn from legal circulation. Until then, discussing the Growth Plan is pointless,” Košarac concluded.
