DAPČEVIĆ APPEALS FOR SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES DURING SEASON OF GIVING

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 16 /SRNA/ – Popular singer Tijana Dapčević has appealed to citizens to support the humanitarian campaign "To Brave Hearts With Love," aimed at providing systemic support and assistance to children and young people with developmental disabilities, as well as their parents.

"Dear friends, December is the month of giving. Let us be humane and call 1411 to take part in the traditional event ‘To Brave Hearts With Love.’ Love and kisses from your Tijana, and Happy New Year," Dapčević said in a video message. The 16th "To Brave Hearts With Love" donor evening will be held in Banja Luka on December 26, with the goal of raising funds to establish and equip centers providing specialized social services for children and young people with developmental disabilities in Banja Luka, Derventa, and Foča. The donor evening will be held under the high patronage of the Acting President of Republika Srpska, Ana Trišić Babić. As part of the campaign, the M:tel humanitarian number 1411 will be active from December 12 to December 31, with each call donating BAM 1. Funds will be paid into the accounts of the Ministry of Finance of Republika Srpska, as follows: special-purpose account No. 5710100000270015 opened with Banka Poštanska Štedionica Banja Luka, and foreign-currency account IBAN BA39 5710 0704 0000 6774, party 0070400000067, opened with the same bank. The project’s holders this year are the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska and Republika Srpska Institute for Social Protection.
