EPIPHANY PROCESSION UNDERWAY

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 19 /SRNA/ – A large number of the faithful set off in the Epiphany procession from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Banja Luka toward the city bridge, where the traditional swimming for the Holy Cross will be held.

The procession is led by His Grace Bishop Sava of Marča, together with the clergy of the Banja Luka Eparchy. The procession is moving from the Cathedral through the city streets to the Patre Bridge, where the waters will be blessed, followed by the traditional swimming for the Holy Cross. Earlier, Bishop Sava served the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
