CONSTITUTIONAL COURT SHOULD DECLARE ITSELF INCOMPETENT IN RULINGS ON CONSTITUTIONALITY OF SRPSKA GOVERNMENT
SARAJEVO, JANUARY 22 /SRNA/ – The Constitutional Court of BiH should declare itself incompetent when deciding on the constitutionality of the former Government of Republika Srpska, because the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska is the only body competent to assess the constitutionality of the Government, the National Assembly and the President of the Republic, said today SNSD MP in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Milorad Kojić.
