OSTOJIĆ ASSUMES OFFICE, PRIORITY TO CONTINUED STRENGTHENING OF RIGHTS

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ – Newly appointed Minister of Labour and Veterans and Disability Protection of Republika Srpska Radan Ostojić said while taking over office from Danijel Egić that the line ministry will continue to improve its work in the field of veterans’ and disability protection.

Ostojić stressed that the Ministry’s work will also focus on continuing activities in the area of labour law, as well as strengthening dialogue with trade unions and employers. He emphasized that the priorities will be responsible and continuous work, respect for the legal framework and open communication with all relevant factors, and that the Ministry will act in accordance with the interests of all categories it represents, the Ministry said in a statement. During the handover of duties, Egić briefed Ostojić on the Ministry’s activities in the previous period, as well as on implemented and ongoing projects.
