KOJIĆ: BOTH MAGAZINOVIĆ AND THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE HAVE LONG BEEN, AND TO A GREAT EXTENT, ON THE PATH OF DEMOCRATIC DEGRADATION

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, JANUARY 25 /SRNA/ – Deputy in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Milorad Kojić, says that both Saša Magazinović and the Council of Europe have long been, and to a great extent, on the path of democratic degradation.

Commenting on Magazinović’s statement that the Council of Europe report, which will be reviewed next week in Strasbourg, "dismantles Milorad Dodik’s policy," Kojić told SRNA that such a report only confirms that in BiH the only things that have definitively capitulated are sovereignty, democracy and the will of the people expressed in elections, international law, and ultimately the Constitution, while foreign dictate, the abuse of the judiciary for political purposes, and manipulation of the electoral system prevail. "Everything official Sarajevo boasts about is actually just another warning that Republika Srpska must protect itself, and that promoters of centralization should not be trusted at all," Kojić emphasized. If a state has been functioning for thirty years under foreign administration and functions so poorly, Kojić points out, then it is both a failed and a captured state.
