Acting President of Republika Srpska Ana Trišić Babić, SNSD President Milorad Dodik, and Serb delegate to the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Radovan Kovačević have begun a multi-day official visit to Israel, where they are scheduled to hold a series of important meetings with Israeli officials. A meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog is planned for today, along with attendance at a lecture on the Jewish philosopher and writer Ze’ev Jabotinsky. President Herzog will deliver an address, followed by a lecture by U.S. Ambassador to Israel Michael Dale Huckabee entitled “An Unbreakable Alliance: A Legacy of Courage, a Future of Hope – Jabotinsky’s Enduring Message in the 21st Century.” The Republika Srpska delegation will also attend the International Conference on Combating Antisemitism, which will be officially opened at 7:30 p.m. Opening remarks will be delivered by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, followed by an address by Minister for Diaspora Affairs and the Fight Against Antisemitism Amichai Chikli.
