KOŠARAC: KONAKOVIĆ CAN ONLY LEARN FROM DODIK

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, FEBRUARY 3 /SRNA/ - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac told SRNA that Foreign Minister Elmedin Konaković has shown himself to be an incapable politician, unlike SNSD leader Milorad Dodik, who is recognized as a leader and a significant political figure.

Košarac stressed that Konaković is well aware that he cannot match the policies of Milorad Dodik, whom he described as a leader who consistently defends the interests of the Serb people and the Republika Srpska while achieving results on the international stage. "Konaković's public appearances are full of envy and frustration, because he lacks both strength and vision. He can only learn from Dodik," Košarac said. According to him, instead of making what he described as empty accusations and cheap populism, Konaković should acknowledge that Dodik is a leader who leads, while he remains in the shadows, without real influence or political weight. "There is a saying that fear makes things appear bigger than they are. In Konaković's case, fear produces meaningless and populist statements," Košarac said. He assessed that Konaković is bothered by the fact that Serb leader Milorad Dodik and Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović visited the United States, while he was not invited. "He is left only to record incoherent video messages in Sarajevo, in his own helplessness and despair. Konaković's words are nothing more than a reflection of fear of the diplomatic successes of Republika Srpska. His insinuations about what officials from Republika Srpska are allowed to say in the United States speak only about him and his overall disorientation," Košarac said. He added that Konaković is "a convert who supported Joe Biden before the US elections and is now suddenly supporting Donald Trump".
