BANJALUKA, FEBRUARY 7 /SRNA/ – The Acting President of Republika Srpska Ana Trišić Babić has stated that the visit of the Srpska delegation to the United States was successful and that representatives of the US administration understand what is happening here.

"After visits to Israel and Hungary, and now to the USA, there will be more good news for the citizens of Srpska,"Trišić Babić said at a press conference in Banja Luka after returning from Washington. She emphasized that she has been in diplomacy for a long time and can say that this was one of the highest-quality and most productive visits to the USA. "This visit has showed that our long-term and hard work is finally yielding results. The leadership of Srpska has gone through a minefield over the past ten years, and the citizens did not feel it," Trišić Babić said. She added that the US administration fully understands what is happening here, "they listened to us and did not order us what to do." She stressed that the speech of US President Donald Trump at the National Prayer Breakfast, which the Srpska delegation attended, was encouraging and sobering. SRNA news agency is broadcasting live on YouTube the press conference of the Republika Srpska delegation upon their return from Washington.
