KOVAČEVIĆ: IMMINENT ANNOUNCEMENT OF KARAN’S ELECTION WIN AND TRIUMPH OF SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 8 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik is expected to soon declare the victory of the party’s candidate for the President of Republika Srpska, Siniša Karan, SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević has stated tonight in Banja Luka.

"President Dodik should soon proclaim Karan’s victory, and, more importantly, the victory of Republika Srpska," Kovačević said at a press conference. He says that Republika Srpska is proud when people vote as families in elections and that he does not understand what the problem is with that. He confirmed that there had been electoral irregularities, adding that they were related to the conduct of the opposition. "Honest people of Republika Srpska were filmed on mobile phones and called thieves and criminals, with demands that they vote for Branko Blanuša. That is why the people responded to them this way," Kovačević said.
