SAINT PETERSBURG, FEBRUARY 10 /SRNA/ - Governor of Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov congratulated Siniša Karan on his victory in the elections for President of Republika Srpska, wishing him success in his work and prosperity for Republika Srpska and its citizens.
