ON INVESTMENTS IN SRPSKA’S ECONOMY

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 10 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Chamber of Commerce President Goran Račić and the US Special Representative for Global Partnerships Paolo Zampolli emphasized in a meeting the possibilities for investments in the energy sector, including solar projects, hydroelectric projects, as well as the potential of mining as a strategic industry of particular interest to foreign investors.

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 10 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Chamber of Commerce President Goran Račić and the US Special Representative for Global Partnerships Paolo Zampolli emphasized in a meeting the possibilities for investments in the energy sector, including solar projects, hydroelectric projects, as well as the potential of mining as a strategic industry of particular interest to foreign investors.



Račić and Zampolli discussed the current state, development potentials, and investment opportunities in the economy of Republika Srpska. The Republika Srpska Chamber of Commerce president particularly highlighted the energy, mining, wood processing, and spa tourism sectors, emphasizing that Republika Srpska has significant natural resources, which provide a strong foundation for long-term and sustainable economic development, announced the Srpska Chamber of Commerce. The meeting participants have agreed there is significant potential for strengthening international cooperation, intensifying domestic economy - global partners connections, and improving the investment environment with the aim of attracting high-quality investments and encouraging sustainable economic growth. Paolo Zampolli is an Italian businessman, diplomat, and lobbyist, former representative of Dominica in the USA and ambassador to the UN, who is also known for his long-standing friendship with US President Donald Trump, reads the statement.
