IMPORTANCE OF INTERNAL DIALOGUE FOR ENSURING STABILITY
BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 11 /SRNA/ - At a meeting today with the Norwegian Ambassador to BiH Kathrine Biering, Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić emphasized the importance of internal dialogue and reaching agreements on fundamental issues between Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH to ensure stability and the further development of BiH.
"Republika Srpska remains committed to the European path and open to constructive cooperation with all European Union countries, and partner states such as Norway," Minić said. He reiterated the position that the consistent respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement is the only sustainable framework for the functioning of BiH, the Government's Public Relations Bureau reported. The Prime Minister expressed the Government's commitment to enhancing economic and trade cooperation with Norway in all areas of mutual interest and emphasized the need to intensify it in the coming period. Ambassador Biering conveyed Norway's desire for further development and stability in BiH, as well as her country’s readiness to provide maximum support and expert assistance on the path toward European integration.
