DODIK: STANIVUKOVIĆ WILL NOT RELOCATE REPUBLIKA SRPSKA INSTITUTIONS

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 24 /SRNA/ – SNSD Leader, Milorad Dodik, stated that Banja Luka Mayor Draško Stanivuković did not build the Republika Srpska institutions, thus will not be the one to relocate them.

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 24 /SRNA/ – SNSD Leader, Milorad Dodik, stated that Banja Luka Mayor Draško Stanivuković did not build the Republika Srpska institutions, thus will not be the one to relocate them.

"If Draško Stanivuković’s statements, on which journalists are asking me to comment, are accurate, then he is behaving less and less like a mayor and more and more like a bankruptcy trustee of Banja Luka," Dodik posted on X. He added that Stanivuković is completely confused and no longer knows what he is saying, and that he never knew how to work in the first place. "One day he wants to move the residents of Banja Luka out of the city centre, the next day he wants to relocate institutions. They bother him. Banja Luka without its people and without republic-level institutions seems to be Stanivuković’s measure. He did not build the institutions of Republika Srpska, thus will not relocate them," Dodik emphasized. He added that it is difficult to understand Stanivuković’s train of thought and how he came up with this idea. "It’s like someone coming up with the idea of moving the White House to the outskirts of Washington, D.C., or relocating the Kremlin from Red Square to somewhere in the Moscow suburbs," Dodik said. He added that, fortunately, Stanivuković is not in a position to decide on such matters. "Everything he has said will simply be another addition to the treasury of absurd statements. Nothing more," Dodik stressed.
