BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 27 /SRNA/ - Maja Gojković, Premier of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, said that an action plan will strengthen cooperation with Republika Srpska in the fields of the economy and tourism, as well as culture and education, sports, and scientific research.

Gojković added that a delegation of the Provincial Government of Vojvodina will take part today in the International Tourism Fair in Banja Luka, which has become a traditional event. "I notice that this fair is taking on the scale of a serious event, and it is the largest tourism fair in the region, attracting a growing number of participants from the business sector and from countries seeking to strengthen their ties with Republika Srpska, and that is precisely our goal," Gojković said at a press conference in Banja Luka following a meeting with the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić. She emphasized that the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina recorded an increase last year in the number of tourists from Republika Srpska and BiH. "We are committed to further strengthening this growth trend across the territory of Vojvodina," Gojković said. She thanked the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska for a friendly, brotherly, and substantive discussion. According to her, one of the goals is also for Republika Srpska to be an active participant at Expo 2027, to present its potential as effectively as possible to a large number of participating countries.
