FLYNN: WE MUST CONSIDER DANGERS OF RADICAL ISLAM

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 3 /SRNA/ - Former US National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn said today in Banja Luka that Islam is not a religion but a political philosophy, and that the world and Europe should consider the dangers posed by radical Islam.

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 3 /SRNA/ - Former US National Security Advisor General Michael Flynn said today in Banja Luka that Islam is not a religion but a political philosophy, and that the world and Europe should consider the dangers posed by radical Islam.

"Especially in the United States, rights such as the protection of religious ideas and religion are used in this context. But Islam is actually a political philosophy that has its own law and system of governance," Flynn said during a lecture, responding to a question from SNSD leader Milorad Dodik regarding the potential Islamization of Europe and its consequences for the European region, including the Balkans. He said that the world and Europe should not close their eyes to Islamization, but should reflect on their own future, as it will be what they themselves make of it. "The image of Europe and parts of the world is changing. At least 10 of the largest cities in the United Kingdom have Muslim mayors. New York in the United States has a Muslim mayor... All of this brings us back to the responsibility to participate as citizens in all countries in elections and democratic processes, regardless of everything. Our destiny will be what we make of it. We must be fearless and think about how things will function. US President Donald Trump has created a new model in this regard; he invited everyone and proposed rules and conditions for resolving global problems," Flynn said. Flynn is the chairman of the Gold Institute for International Strategy and an expert in diplomacy, public administration, foreign policy, strategy formulation, defense, intelligence, and other areas of national and international security.
