KOJIĆ: SERBOPHOBIA EVIDENT IN SARAJEVO, WE WILL PROTECT OUR INTERESTS

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 21 /SRNA/ - SNSD member of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Milorad Kojić told SRNA that Serbophobia is evident in Sarajevo and that Serb political representatives have been working in a difficult atmosphere, but that they continue to defend the interests of Republika Srpska.

Kojić pointed out that the difficult atmosphere in which Serb representatives work in Sarajevo is also evidenced by the insults he himself, together with the head of the SNSD parliamentary group Sanja Vulić, experienced at the last session of the House of Representatives, when a journalist from a Federation-based media outlet addressed them with the words "Get out, Chetniks". "That constitutes incitement to national, religious and racial hatred. The person who made that statement has entered into a form of criminal offense. Colleague Sanja Vulić and I filed a criminal complaint. There was no reaction from any embassy, except for the OSCE Mission in BiH, which considered it improper conduct. We sent a letter to the embassies to see what their views are," Kojić said in a SRNA podcast. He said such behavior is unacceptable and emphasized that in Republika Srpska it has never happened that political representatives of any nation were insulted. "All of this speaks to the Serbophobia that is very pronounced in the Federation of BiH. We will not equate all Bosniaks with thinking that way, but I am certain that a large majority does," Kojić stated. He pointed out that the problem among Bosniaks, or their political representatives, lies in the fact that they are not accustomed to engaging in dialogue through arguments, but rather from a position of force. "And even what Christian Schmidt was doing - all of it was illegal, but done in agreement with the Bosniaks. They have not learned to respect the constitutional and legal order, legal and moral norms. They have only learned to exert force over the Serb people, and that has previously worked due to foreign intervention and Schmidt," Kojić believes. He noted that Republika Srpska and its leadership have made significant diplomatic steps. "President /Milorad/ Dodik, Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, and Ana Trišić-Babić were in Israel, Hungary and the United States in one week and held important meetings. They spoke about protecting the constitutional and legal order and the Dayton BiH," Kojić said. BOSNIAKS SEEK TRANSFER OF COMPETENCIES IN EVERY PROPOSAL Kojić said that Bosniak political representatives always seek ways to transfer competencies. "They want to take away competencies from Republika Srpska. Our position has been very clear," Kojić said in the SRNA podcast. He emphasized that they also falsely accuse SNSD of blocking, primarily the European path, but do not mention that it was SNSD ministers who initiated the adoption of most of the laws in that package. "They proposed laws in line with the constitutional and legal structure of BiH. However, everything proposed by Bosniak ministers, or by their representatives in parliament, always included the transfer of competencies," Kojić reminded. He pointed out that attempts to strip competencies are also reflected in the introduction of electronic signatures led by the Agency for Identification Documents, since the processing and storage of personal data fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska. "You have a decision from the Personal Data Protection Agency stating that they do not have the ability to create a database of electronic signatures. You also have a court ruling, yet they continue their activities. We will not allow that," Kojić said.
