DODIK: ENTITY BOUNDARIES SET FOR A REASON
BUDAPEST, MARCH 21 /SRNA/ - SNSD President Milorad Dodik has said today in Budapest that Republika Srpska did not receive its internal boundary with the other entity by chance and claimed that what he described as the final phase of Muslim expansionism is now underway.
Dodik expressed belief that the entity border was established because there was no confidence that BiH could be sustained. "If there is anything negative in BiH in terms of identification, it is Muslim chauvinism," Dodik said, commenting on the latest joint statement by Bosniak representatives, which he described as a typical anti-Serb act. He noted that among the signatories of the Bosniak statement is former head of the Islamic Community in BiH Mustafa Cerić, who, he said, had called for the abolition of the Serbian Orthodox Church. "Аll /Muslim/ politicians sit around him and admire him. They function in a way that they sit down together and agree who will speak, while the others stand behind him," Dodik said. Dodik stated that what is taking place in BiH is a struggle against policies he described as extreme toward the Serb people. By portraying Bosniaks as victims, he added, Serbs are being labeled and marginalized through what he described as historically unfounded accusations. He said that what he termed Muslim chauvinism is not new, reminding that during the Second World War, a majority of Muslims, until Belgrade was liberated, were part of the Home Guard and Ustasha forces. "How did they not mistakenly become a majority in the Partisans or Chetniks, which were the Yugoslav army, not Serbian?" Dodik asked. Dodik said that the Serb people have reason for satisfaction, but that caution is still necessary. "We survived their concept of a civic system -'one man, one vote'. Is that statement signed in Sarajevo a civic act? I don’t think it is," Dodik said. He expressed belief that the struggle for Serbian national interests must continue. "Everything that attempts to pass in Sarajevo must go through the full scrutiny of our Serb national interest," Dodik said, adding that the Serb people have been on the side of justice and that attempts to impose the narrative of a civil war did not succeed even at the United Nations. Dodik also said he believes that if Europe fails to consolidate around Christian values, it will face expansion through the entry of the Islamic factor into local, regional, and federal structures of authorities. "The Serb national issue in BiH has not been resolved and we must resolve it," Dodik said.
