DODIK: CYNICAL CRIMINALS DID HUGE HISTORICAL INJUSTICE AGAINST SERBS
VRANJE, MARCH 24 /SRNA/ – The policy of Republika Srpska and Serbia must remain military neutral without NATO membership, given that NATO bombs targeted the Serb people, who are still suffering today from the consequences of depleted uranium, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik has said this evening in Vranje.
Dodik said that those who 27 years ago named the operation Merciful Angel have in fact remained remembered as cynical criminals for deciding to commit a huge historical injustice. "They chose the Serbs to kill, they dropped depleted uranium, which cannot be forgiven. They targeted bridges, schools, hospitals, trains, fields, everything they could reach. They were killing our people in the desire to destroy our spirit. Now we know that they celebrated every one of their hits, rejoicing at how capable they were of killing children," Dodik said while addressing those gathered at the commemoration marking the Day of Remembrance for the 1999 NATO aggression victims. He recalled that the NATO alliance first bombed Republika Srpska, then Serbia, and thanked Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić for pulling this day out of oblivion and restoring the dignity of the Serb people so that today they can say they were bombed by NATO. Dodik recalled that the bombing took place outside formal decisions, as there was not even unity regarding it, and that the claim of one man being a problem was a lie, but rather a pretext to commit a huge historical injustice and wrongdoing. He pointed out that the bombing also aimed to confine the Serbs within an impossible illusion such as BiH, where they cannot express their full capacity. He has said that the Serbs must not allow themselves to fight other people’s wars or ideologies, but instead should build one ideology – a Serb national one. "Gathering around Serbia, our faith and the culture of the Serb people is not heresy; it should be a virtue. We must revive our pledge for a Serb national revival, which is best implemented by Vučić," Dodik stressed. He added that this is particularly important at a time when the world is in disorder, but that Republika Srpska and Serbia should remain stable, peaceful and dedicated to their people. He stated that Srpska has no intention of giving up and that it will continue to fight, thanking Serbia for its support. "I would like us to preserve peace and security, and for Srpska to be as close as possible to Serbia; no one can forbid us from that," Dodik said. He stressed that he believes that one day all Serbs will live in one state and that this will not be achieved through war.
