VULIĆ: INCOMPLETE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BiH INCREASINGLY ENCROACHING ON POLITICAL SPHERE

SARAJEVO, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ – Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sanja Vulić told SRNA that the moves of the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH are not surprising, as it is increasingly encroaching on the political sphere and making decisions that provoke serious debate.

Commenting on incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH's intent to challenge certain provisions of the Republika Srpska Law on Police and Internal Affairs, Vulić says this move creates the impression that certain political circles from the Federation of BiH are observing the results and strengthening capacities of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior with a degree of dissatisfaction and envy. "BiH is not a state organised in the same way as other classical states, but rather represents a complex state community composed of two entities and three constituent peoples, as clearly defined by the Dayton Peace Agreement," Vulić said. She added that, precisely because of such a constitutional arrangement, competences must be precisely respected and balanced between the levels of government. "Despite all the pressures and challenges, I am convinced that we will fight for our rights and competences, even in a situation where we have an incomplete composition of the Constitutional Court of BiH, without Serb representatives. Justice may be slow, but it is attainable," Vulić said. Those decision makers under international influence, including Christian Schmidt and the rest of the globalists in BiH, Vulić added, may not understand it in the same way. "But those of us who believe in fairness, legality and consistent respect for the Constitution know that such values are worth fighting for," Vulić concluded.
