STEVANDIĆ: SRPSKA MADE COMEBACK AND ACHIEVED MAJOR BALANCE IN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

BANJA LUKA, APRIL 23 /SRNA/ - The Speaker of the Republika Srpska National Assembly Nenad Stevandić said that the current generation of politicians in Republika Srpska has managed to take advantage of new global circumstances and the pragmatism of the United States, making a comeback and achieving a major balance in international cooperation.

Stevandić emphasized that the world's major powers - China, Russia, and the United States - fully understand what Republika Srpska is doing. "What remains is the European side, to which we belong geographically and historically, to also be convinced that they must talk with us, not about us, and that they should not take sides in BiH, but respect all sides equally. We have earned that respect on the global stage, and we will also earn it on the European one," Stevandić told reporters. According to him, it is a major advantage that this part of the world is led by highly educated people. Stevandić is attending a scientific discussion in Banja Luka titled "Republika Srpska and Cooperation with Russia, the United States, and the EU," which brings together academics and professors from Serbia and Republika Srpska. The introductory address at the event was given by Milorad Dodik, who has served multiple terms as President of Republika Srpska.
