SRPSKA SHARES GRIEF WITH FRIENDLY CHINESE PEOPLE

BANJA LUKA, MAY 23 /SRNA/ - President Milorad Dodik said that he received with great sorrow the news of the mining accident in China and emphasized that Republika Srpska shares the grief with the friendly Chinese people.

Dodik extended his condolences to the families of the victims, the people of China, and President Xi Jinping, while wishing a speedy recovery to those injured. “With great sorrow, I received the news of the terrible mining accident in China in which a large number of miners lost their lives. Republika Srpska shares the grief and stands in solidarity with the friendly Chinese people in these difficult moments,” Dodik wrote in a post on X. According to the latest reports, 90 miners were killed in last night’s explosion at Liushenyu Coal Mine in Qinyuan County, while nine are still listed as missing. At the time of the accident, 247 workers were on duty underground.
