BANJA LUKA, MAY 27 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić stated that the achievement of the students from the Faculty of Security Sciences in Banja Luka, who reached the Ostrog Monastery on foot while collecting aid for 17-month-old Sofija Dujlović, deserves the highest respect.

"The students of the Faculty of Security Sciences, who walked for 11 days to the Ostrog Monastery, made me happy this morning with a photo showing that they had safely reached their destination," Minić posted on X. He emphasized that he is proud of the youth Republika Srpska has. "These are young people full of faith, humanity, perseverance, and strength… Their achievement and humanitarian mission to help little Sofija Dujlović deserve respect," Minić said. The students of the Faculty of Security Sciences began their humanitarian pilgrimage on foot toward Ostrog on May 12. Students Miloš Rašević, Ilija Ristić, Luka Prole, Darko Pantić, Luka Nenić, Đorđe Ciganović, and Ljubiša Rudan completed the journey in 11 days, each walking between 30 and 50 kilometers per day. The pilgrimage has a humanitarian purpose and aims to raise funds to help 17-month-old Sofija Dujlović from Banja Luka, who suffered an epileptic seizure during her first month of life, resulting in impaired psychomotor development.
