SRPSKA ENTERS EVERY INTERACTION WITH INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SELF-ASSUREDLY

TREBINJE, JUNE 14 /SRNA/ – President Milorad Dodik said this evening that Republika Srpska is now widely recognized because of everything it has endured and that it enters every interaction with the international community self-assuredly.

Dodik stressed that Republika Srpska is in a better position today, adding that it is almost a miracle that it has survived and reached its current position. He stated that the West had portrayed Republika Srpska as a factor of instability and that some are still strong and influential, but that Srpska now enters every interaction with the international community self-assuredly. Dodik recalled that before his recent visit to Russia, he had also travelled to the United States, something that would have been unthinkable a year ago, and noted that contacts had been established with people there. He also pointed out that the United States and Europe no longer appear to function together, for reasons of their own, adding that this was evident in the case of the Peace Implementation Council /PIC/. “For the first time, those who seek to govern BiH left a meeting without reaching any conclusions. We should not gloat, but it is important for us because the world that used to torture is no longer homogeneous,” Dodik said at the panel discussion “The Geostrategic Direction of Srpska,” which was broadcast this evening on RTRS.
