MEDVEDEV: CAPTURE OF KOSTYANTYNIVKA IMPORTANT STAGE IN DONBAS LIBERATION

MOSCOW, JULY 4 /SRNA/ – Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev said that the capture of Kostyantynivka is a success for Russian troops and an important step toward the final liberation of Donbas and the achievement of the special military operation’s goals.

Medvedev said that the new security zone would include territories of the Sumy Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. He assessed that claims by Kyiv and its Western allies about Ukraine allegedly regaining the initiative are aimed solely at securing new military assistance. “The false rhetoric of Bandera’s Kyiv and its deranged sponsors is needed only for their political survival and to obtain new money for the war. Otherwise, how could they explain to their people the loss of 20 percent of the former territory and the disappearance of half the population,” Medvedev posted on Max platform.
