DODIK: BiH JUDICIARY DEPENDENT ON MUSLIM IDEOLOGY OF A SINGLE FAITH
PRNJAVOR, JULY 19 /SRNA/ - President Milorad Dodik said today that the judiciary and the Court of BiH are dependent on a Muslim ideology based on a single faith and the need to remove Christians from this area.
Commenting on the announced arrival of American investigators in Derventa, where they are expected to take statements tomorrow from Serb camp survivors, Dodik said that Muslims had constantly lied about crimes and had their own audience that listened to them, while now an objective party was coming to examine the suffering of Serbs. He recalled the killing of a boy named Slobodan, who was slaughtered on his doorstep by Muslims under the command of Naser Orić when he returned to get his dog so he could take it with him into exile. "No one has ever discussed that. Then you allow Muslim judges to rule on that crime. And it is always treated as nothing, while when they come after me, they prosecute me to the fullest extent," Dodik told reporters at the Stuplje Monastery near Prnjavor. He reiterated that Judge Sena Uzunović, a sworn SDA activist, acquitted those responsible for the killing of children in Bradina near Konjic, where she had command responsibility. "And we are talking about how the judiciary in BiH is now independent. The judiciary and the Court of BiH are dependent on a Muslim ideology based on a single faith and the need to remove Christians from this area," Dodik said. American investigator-prosecutors are expected to arrive in Derventa tomorrow. They are expected to take statements from eight camp survivors about the horrors they endured in the notorious camp for Serbs at the Rabić military warehouse in 1992. During the past war, before the Army of Republika Srpska had even been formed, Croatian and Muslim forces attacked the local Serb population in Derventa. Camps for Serbs were established, the most notorious of which were those at the Military Hall and the Rabić site. At the Rabić camp, established in April 1992, 120 Serbs were detained, while a total of several hundred Serb civilians passed through the camps in Derventa.
