RESPECT FOR THE DAYTON AGREEMENT PRECONDITION FOR EFFICIENT FUNCTIONING OF INSTITUTIONS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 2 /SRNA/ - Acting Republika Srpska Presiden, Ana Trišić-Babić, during today’s meeting in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Slovakia to BiH, Roman Hloben, expressed the Republika Srpska institutions’ full commitment to dialogue, as well as the preservation of peace and stability.

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 2 /SRNA/ - Acting Republika Srpska Presiden, Ana Trišić-Babić, during today’s meeting in Banja Luka with the Ambassador of Slovakia to BiH, Roman Hloben, expressed the Republika Srpska institutions’ full commitment to dialogue, as well as the preservation of peace and stability.



Trišić-Babić emphasized at the meeting in Banja Luka that consistent respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement and the acknowledgment of the legitimate interests of all constituent peoples are prerequisites for the efficient functioning of institutions at all levels of government. The interlocutors assessed that the cooperation between Republika Srpska and Slovakia so far has been successful and expressed hope that in the future, through the implementation of existing projects and the definition of new ones of mutual interest, it will be further enhanced, announced the Office of Srpsks President. During the meeting, views were exchanged on other current political and economic issues in Republika Srpska and BiH, as well as on global relations, which are currently very complex.
