NOVALIĆ: I WAS DISMISSED UNDER US DIRECTIVE, PROSECUTORS ARE PART OF JUDICIARY MOB

SARAJEVO, MARCH 19 /SRNA/ - Former Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Fadil Novalić says he was dismissed under US directive, that the "project" against him was planned in detail and heavily financed, and that the prosecutors assigned to his case are part of the "judiciary mob".

Novalić, who is supposed to go to prison in Vojkovići today to serve his sentence, stated that three or four years ago a decision was made in America to "go against the SDA", and that the four prosecutors assigned to his case saw an opportunity to create a ventilator scandal. "I could have experienced it much more emotionally. However, I summed it up like this - if they hurt me emotionally, I won't be able to do anything to punish those people or leave them. Also, a verse says that it's good to forgive, but you can also repay. I decided to repay," Novalić said in a video address that he published on Facebook. The Court of BiH sentenced Novalić to four years in prison for abuses during the BAM 10.5 million procurement of ventilators during the pandemic. In addition to Novalić, the former director of the Federal Administration of Civil Protection Fahrudin Solak was sentenced to six years in prison, and the owner of the Srebrena Malina company Fikret Hodžić was sentenced to five years in prison.
