CANCEL ALL SCHMIDT'S ACTS AND EXPELL AMBASSADORS WHO ARE WORKING TO DAMAGE OF BiH

BANJALUKA, MARCH 28 /SRNA/ - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik proposed that the colonial administration annul all acts passed by Christian Schmidt, within seven days.

He suggested that the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH prohibit the Official Gazette of BiH from publishing acts of foreigners and their organizations. Addressing the MPs at a special session of the National Assembly, Dodik said that the BiH Election Law with all technical improvements should also be passed in the BiH Parliamentary Assembly at the same session, but the Central Election Commission should also be disempowered as a parastatal institute. He proposed that the Parliamentary Assembly confirm the constitutional determination by saying that this institution is the only one competent to enact laws. "To establish an accelerated path to membership in the EU. To make a declaration on the territorial integrity of BiH and therefore send a message of desire for stabilization. At that assembly, the American, German and British ambassadors, as well as Christian Schmidt, should be declared enemies of BiH, and ban them from working in Bosnia and Herzegovina," Dodik pointed out. If that does not happen, Dodik suggested that Republika Srpska, that is, its representatives, should not decide at the BiH level. "We will be there, but we will not make decisions. Then, let's terminate the cooperation with the current partners and offer it to other structures in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and make a new agreement. Republika Srpska will issue a declaration on the constitutional arrangement of Bosnia and Herzegovina with two entities and three constituent nations," Dodik said . He said that the proposal is for Republika Srpska to continue with the implementation of all acts related to the status so far, that is, to withdraw from the agreements on the Armed Forces, HJPC, indirect taxes and all other agreements, and to activate the law on the Agency for medicines and pass other laws under urgent procedure. "Republika Srpska to pass its election law in the form of a draft, so that a public dialogue about it can be held as soon as possible. That the implementation of this is started as soon as possible. I will sign it. Give me the law, I will sign it," said Dodik. He pointed out that the Republika Srpska will insist on Serbia's Dayton role and that the Easter Assembly states that the Bosniaks have violated the agreement, and that Serbia is ready to defend Republika Srpska and Dayton in international institutions. Dodik believes that there is room for an agreement between Serbs and Bosniaks and added that property is not a topic of discussion. "They know they overdid it. The EU has never reacted in this way before. If we let them get away with it, they will destroy us. That's why we will destroy them. The National Assembly should oblige the Government to create a comprehensive program of measures and activities aimed at modernizing and equipping the Police of Republika Srpska," concluded Dodik. In the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, a special session is underway, where the deputies are considering current security and political situation in the world from the aspect of repercussions on Republika Srpska. The mentioned agenda item was proposed by the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, the President of the National Assembly of Srpska Nenad Stevandić, the President of the Government of Srpska Radovan Višković and the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, who are attending the session. The president of the Veterans' Organization of Republika Srpska Radan Ostojić and the representatives of Republika Srpska in the joint institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the presidents of the SDS and the PDP, and representatives of the EU are also attending the session.
