VUJIČIĆ: WE WILL REFER TO PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE CERTAIN ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONCLUSIONS OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

SARAJEVO, MARCH 29 /SRNA/ - SNSD MP in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Miroslav Vujičić told SRNA that the deputies in this house will refer certain activities to the parliamentary procedure in accordance with the conclusions adopted tonight by the National Assembly, which is the most important place for political decision-making in Republika Srpska.

Vujičić reminded that the National Assembly tasked the deputies in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH with certain activities to return things to the legislative and constitutional framework when it comes to certain reactions to the illegal and unconstitutional attempts to impose the Election Law by the illegitimate Christian Schmidt. He stated that they will try to come up with the idea of adopting the Electoral Law created by local politicians, stating that laws should be adopted by the House of Representatives, and not for a certain individual to impose laws and take over the powers of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH while calling himself the alleged protector of the Dayton Peace Accords. "I don't know if we will have collaborators on the other side among the Bosniaks, but I believe we will have understanding among the Croats," Vujičić said. He believes that all important decisions for the functioning of Bosnia and Herzegovina should be agreed upon by the three constituent nations, and that any imposition is a step towards the destruction of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Vujičić also pointed out that all the conclusions adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska tonight are an attempt to return things to normal in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The National Assembly of Republika Srpska states in its conclusions that together with the competent institutions and bodies of Republika Srpska, it will take necessary measures to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens and neutralize the consequences of unconstitutional actions on the territory of Republika Srpska. The National Assembly also adopted the Draft Election Law, which stipulates that the elections for authorities in Republika Srpska will be conducted by the Republic Election Commission, that is, city and municipal election commissions and polling committees appointed by the competent authorities of Republika Srpska.
