KARAN: HELEZ'S WAR-MONGERING STATEMENTS DESTROY THE POSSIBILITY OF LIFE TOGETHER
BANJA LUKA, JUNE 14 /SRNA/ - The Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan said that the war-mongering statement of the Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Zukan Helez about the abolition of Srpska goes in the direction of the competent prosecutor's office ex officio initiating criminal proceedings for the overthrow of the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Karan said that Helez's latest statements and threats about the abolition, division and alleged deletion of the name of Republika Srpska after the adoption of the Srebrenica resolution in the UN General Assembly are completely anti-constitutional and anti-Dayton. He pointed out that such statements by Helez are more than bad and difficult, and that they are a continuation of Bosniak wartime politics in the direction of the disappearance of Srpska and Serbs in these areas. "They speak negatively about the attitude towards the Serb constituent people and joint life in Bosnia and Herzegovina," Karan told reporters in Višegrad. He emphasized that BiH is a federal state that should rest on common denominators, and added that people like Helez are destroying those conditions and elements of a possible life together. "Helez's statements are not only warmongering, but they go in the direction of the official duty of the prosecution in charge to initiate criminal proceedings for the overthrow of the constitutional order of BiH. Such people whose mouths are full of BiH are its greatest destroyers. Anyway, it is not our BiH, it is Bosniak, unitary. And it will not be. It will only be a joint state of three constituent nations based on well-known principles," Karan concluded. Helez previously announced that the Bosniak authorities, in light of the resolution on Srebrenica, will request the abolition of Republika Srpska, by dividing it into two cantons, and erasing its name forever. He threatened that the Serbs would "get the short end of the stick" if they did not obey his partition plan, and end up, as he said, like the Serbs from Republika Srpska Krajina, who were expelled in the Croatian operation "Storm". Helez is of the opinion that it would be an "advantage" for the Serbs if they themselves moved out of Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
