ČIČIĆ: NO ONE WILL "BLOCK" THE WORK OF "KALDERA", PRESERVING JOBS PRIORITY, WHICH IS ALREADY WORKED ON

LAKTAŠI, JUNE 25 /SRNA/ - The CEO of the company "Kaldera" Milenko Čičić says no one will be able to "block" the work of this company, and that the priority is known - to protect every job and individual in the company, and that he is already working hard on it.

LAKTAŠI, JUNE 25 /SRNA/ - The CEO of the company "Kaldera" Milenko Čičić says no one will be able to "block" the work of this company, and that the priority is known - to protect every job and individual in the company, and that he is already working hard on it.

Čičić told SRNA that this year "Kaldera" has marked 30th anniversary and that this number speaks volumes about the seriousness of this company. "Despite many challenges the company faced in the past 30 years, we managed to grow into one of the best and most successful companies, not only in Republika Srpska and BiH, but also in the region. It took years of work and effort. Mission impossible is for someone to tear it all down overnight," Čičić pointed out. He emphasized that the success of this company is due to a team of experts, as well as a team consisting of 183 people, including external contribution of external collaborators, mostly university professors from reputable faculties whose names mean something in the world of energy. "Their contribution is 'Kaldera’s' 654 finished products. And we all witness in the era of the corona virus pandemic what it means to have local production. When we add it all up, it is clear why we are shocked by the fact that someone even tries to dispute the work of our company, let alone block its operations and call into question the 200 families this company feeds," Čičić stressed. The CEO of "Kaldera" pointed out that he will do his best so that no one in this company becomes collateral damage of any unsubstantiated accusation or a victim of a court that bans the right to work, stating that "Kaldera" works for ordinary people who support their families with their earned wages, which the US administration does not interested, obviously. The head of mechanical production in "Kaldera" Predrag Popović points out that this company is the pearl of mechanical production in Republika Srpska. "This is a pearl of a factory that should be preserved, nurtured and aided, not to sanction it and try to stop its work," said Popović, who has been working at "Kaldera" for nearly 30 years. He states that not a day goes by without asking, together with his colleagues, what Americans find wrong with the people who are just doing their job, providing for their country and supporting their families. According to him, after the US sanctions, feelings of anger and concern are mixed at the same time among the employees. "We are concerned because it is about existence, but at the same time we are also angry because we do not feel any guilt, we do not feel guilty at all, we do not see the reason for those US sanctions and they are not clear to us. 'Kaldera' is a pearl in Republika Srpska and it is obvious that it bothers someone," stated Popović. Last week, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the Treasury passed a new package of sanctions that hit seven economic entities from Srpska, as well as the owners of the Infiniti Group, Đorđe Đurić and the CEO of the "Kaldera" company, Milenko Čičić.
