KOŠARAC: "TROIKA" REPRESENTATIVES DAILY PROVE THAT THEY ARE PLAYERS OF CERTAIN WESTERN EMBASSIES

SARAJEVO, OCTOBER 28 /SRNA/ - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac has said that representatives of the "troika" daily prove that they are players of U.S. Ambassador Michael Murphy, Christian Schmidt, and certain Western embassies, whose demands they fulfill unquestioningly, all with the aim of harming Republika Srpska.

Košarac told SRNA that the latest example is Edin Forto's statement, calling for new U.S. sanctions, and confirming that the "troika" is one hundred percent paid by Murphy and American influence. He pointed out that it is indicative that representatives of the "troika" persistently place a target on the foreheads of officials from Srpska, making false and vile accusations against Srpska. "Instead of directing their energy towards an internal agreement with the legitimately elected representatives of the Serbian and Croatian peoples, the 'troika' focuses its strength on obedience and subservience to Murphy, Schmidt, and a host of ill-intentioned foreigners, to meet the needs they map out in BiH," Košarac emphasized. Under the patronage of their mentors from the West, Košarac emphasized, the "troika" consistently abandons basic agreements reached by local politicians. "Calls for sanctions are a product of their deceitful politics, in which they present falsehoods about processes in BiH, portraying Srpska as the main obstacle, especially regarding EU integrations. At the same time, the 'troika' regularly omits the fact that the Growth Plan has been blocked due to issues in the Federation of BiH, specifically their inability and failure to reach an agreement with the SDA," Košarac said. Instead of addressing the issues in the Federation of BiH and unblocking the processes related to the Growth Plan, Košarac emphasized, Forto and other representatives of the "troika" keep talking about a non-existent malignant Russian influence, problematizing the presence of the President of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, at the BRICS Summit in Kazan. To add to the irony, he said, Forto claims that "a key actor from BiH is going to Russia for consultations." "Forto, who regularly goes to the U.S. and the American Embassy in Sarajevo for an opinion! If it weren't sad, it would be funny! All we need to do is look at his admission that he advocated in Washington for 'the start of negotiations for granting a concession for Sarajevo Airport, and perhaps Mostar,' which was a demand that Murphy delivered to the Government of the Federation of BiH. That's all we need to know about the 'troika's' autonomous policy and the narrative about who goes to whom for consultations," emphasized Košarac. According to him, an additional paradox is that Forto, while in the U.S., presented himself as the deputy governor of BiH at the World Bank, despite the fact that the BiH Presidency has not appointed representatives of BiH to international financial institutions at the proposal of the Council of Ministers. "This says a lot about respecting the institutions of the 'state,' which he allegedly protects," Košarac said, reacting to Forto's claim that the U.S. is preparing new sanctions for those who, as he says, undermine the constitutional order of BiH.
