BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 9 /SRNA/ - The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik is feeling well after this morning's very complicated but successful operation on the esophagus and stomach, SRNA was told in the Office of the President of Srpska.

"According to the information we received from the Council of Physicians, the president is relatively well, he feels weak and dizzy. The operation was complicated, and he is still in the intensive care unit," the Office of the President of the Republic stressed. They added that President Dodik will continue to recover, given the complexity and specificity of the operation. The Cabinet stated that for a long time the president had an acute problem with moving parts of the stomach through the opening of the esophagus on the diaphragm into the chest, and that yesterday he had severe pain, which is why he was urgently hospitalized in Belgrade, where an operation was insisted on. "The Council of Physicians will announce tomorrow, after the morning visit, with new information regarding the state of health of the President Dodik," the Office of the President of the Republic pointed out.
