TADIĆ: SRPSKA IS FIGHTING FOR CONSTITUTIONAL COURT IN ACCORDANCE WITH BiH CONSTITUTION
BANJA LUKA, MARCH 8 /SRNA/ - Advisor to the President of Republika Srpska Ognjen Tadić said that one of the things Republika Srpska is fighting for is that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina works in accordance with the Constitution, which was often not the case.
"There was an interpretation that the Constitutional Court works if it has five judges and, of course, as soon as you read the Constitution of BiH, you can see that the Constitutional Court of BiH cannot exercise jurisdiction if it does not have nine judges in its composition, which completely denied that everywhere there is a mechanism to protect the vital national interest or constituent peoples and entities," Tadić said in the SRNA podcast. He emphasized that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina must stop its work when equality and the Dayton Peace Accords are violated. "The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was abused by the wrong approach to this court, it was actually handed over to political Sarajevo from Republika Srpska in an earlier period, where our judges acted as commentators on the work of the Court in the part where it is important for the Dayton Agreement, and that had to stop once," Tadić pointed out. He said that it turned out that the true enemies of BiH are actually those who are sitting in political Sarajevo. SARAJEVO FOLLOWS ALIJA IZETBEGOVIĆ'S INSTRUCTIONS Tadić stated that towards the end of the war, it was clear that the so-called Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina lacked strength, and that it was foreigners who helped the Bosniaks to achieve their goals, pointing out that the distribution of territory in the ratio of 49:51 opened up space for the persecution of Serbs. "Then you have an interview with Alija Izetbegović who says that he signed that agreement, and that it is up to those on the ground to bring the situation to the signed state, pointing out that there is no other way to expel Karadžićs Serbs. Their plan is to create a federation that will be stronger than Republika Srpska, that they will overcome it and expel the rest of the Serbs. It must have been clear to everyone that this bequest by Izetbegović is the biggest message of enmity towards the Dayton Peace Accords", Tadić stressed. He stated that, no matter how much they pretended in political Sarajevo that they were in favor of the Dayton Agreement, in the end the truth emerged - that Republika Srpska was the key force that kept peace and Dayton all the time. Tadić mentioned that the Serbs experienced great suffering in the past war and that it was sad to see the convoys of Serb people leaving their homes that they had defended in the war after the signing of the Dayton Agreement. "As time passed, the political institutions accepted the Dayton Peace Accords both in letter and often in spirit. That acceptance in spirit is the problem we are dealing with today. That acceptance was never the result of free democratic will or what the people voted for, but always meant the imposition of what was signed in Dayton," said Tadić. He said that everything that was imposed is doomed to collapse and cannot become a permanent solution in BiH.
