BEIJING, JULY 1 /SRNA/ – The Ambassador of BiH to China, Siniša Berjan, ceremoniously presented in Beijing, before around 1,000 guests, a special edition of the magazine "Lukvi" (LOOKWE) dedicated to marking 30 years of diplomatic relations between BiH and China.

More than half of the guests were ambassadors and diplomats from approximately 160 embassies and diplomatic missions in China. This representative edition of "Lukvi" provides a comprehensive overview of BiH – its economic potential, tourist attractions, cultural and historical heritage, as well as the dynamic and substantial relations BiH is building with China. On the cover page, alongside Chinese President Xi Jinping and Željka Cvijanović, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, is Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, who has met with the Chinese President on multiple occasions, the BiH Embassy in China stated. Special emphasis is placed on bilateral meetings, diplomatic cooperation, and joint initiatives that have marked three decades of partnership. The edition, published in English and Chinese, is the result of months-long cooperation between the magazine’s team and the BiH Embassy in China, prepared with the aim to present BiH to the Chinese public, institutions, and business sector in a modern and informative manner. The magazine will be available in print and electronic format in mid-July, and subsequently distributed to diplomatic missions in China, relevant state institutions, academic circles, and leading Chinese companies. "Lukvi" magazine specialises in presenting foreign countries in China, with the goal of intensifying overall people-to-people exchange, cultural, and especially economic and investment cooperation between China and foreign countries. “This special edition represents an additional step towards strengthening the presence and image of BiH in China, as well as enhancing the cooperation that has been developing for three decades in a spirit of friendship, trust, and mutual respect,” the statement said. The presentation was organised within one of the most significant diplomatic, economic, and cultural events in Beijing /Global Diplomats/, held by the Lukvi platform and the BiH Embassy in China.
