DODIK: WE MAINTAIN STABILITY OF SRPSKA AND STRENGTHEN ITS INTERNATIONAL POSITION

BANJA LUKA, OCTOBER 24 /СРНА/ - President Milorad Dodik told the citizens of Republika Srpska that he will continue his work to ensure that Srpska maintains functionality, peace and stability, stressing that at the same time, he will strengthen its position at the international level.

Dodik pointed out that he will continue to fight for the rights of citizens, their security and peaceful life, which are crucial things to preserve in the coming period. "I understand my position. I have the obligation of maintaining strategic partnership with the Russian Federation and Hungary, to have fraternal, strategic and all other kinds of relations with Serbia, at the highest level possible," Dodik told SRNA in an interview. The President pointed out that he will maintain good relations with political parties all over Europe, which are sovereign, not idealistic, and that he will develop and rehabilitate ties with the curent US administration. "That is what we do. Also, we maintain stability in the Republic, stability of budget, political developments and social stucture in many different ways, in order that everything works as it should," Dodik emphasized. Dodik reiterated that Republika Srpska rejects any possibility of immigration of tens of thousands of migrants who went to the EU and Great Britain. "Now they want to bring some of them back here and for us to fight with them. Of course we refuse and will not allow it," said Dodik. He said that the citizens of Srpska can be sure that this government will continue to fight for the interests of Srpska and its people. THE PEOPLE ASK ME NOT TO GIVE UP ON MY PATH Dodik pointed out that he is in daily contact with the citizens of Republika Srpska who tell him that they are with him, support him and demand that he not give up on his path. "Recently, I sat in Laktaši with 300 people, I meet people at matches, and I was also at the opening of a factory in Ljubia. I also visited East Sarajevo where I met people from academic and political life and no one said anything ugly, except for some Božovićs. But that is what is expected of them. The majority of citizens feel and know that a political process is being conducted against me, that it is a process against Srpska, not Milorad Dodik, that the opposition is treacherous and that they are doing everything under the influence of Bosniak politics from Sarajevo and certain international factors that still want to be on the side of Sarajevo's Muslims," ​​the president pointed out. Noting that he is constantly on the ground and talking to people, President Dodik announced that tomorrow he will attend the unveiling of the monument dedicated to the creators and defenders of Srpska at the Creators' Square of Republika Srpska in Pale, and then, as he says, he will travel to the west and then to the east. Dodik pointed out that, despite his many obligations, he always finds time to be with his family, recalling that he recently received his favorite "delegation" in his office - his grandchildren. "They were very interested in the story about politics until the moment I gave them the gifts. Then they turned to the gifts. The grandchildren are a wonderful story," said Dodik.
