SDA FAILS TO SEE BiH BECAUSE OF DODIK
SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 9 /SRNA/ – The Deputy Chairman of the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Nikola Špirić, says that the Party of Democratic Action /SDA/ is seeing things in the form of Milorad Dodik, the SNSD leader, as he is an insurmountable obstacle for them, because of whom they fail to see the actual problems in BiH.
Špirić believes that Dodik is the “main player” in BiH and the main topic of the SDA Main Committee. “They keep seeing things in the form of Dodik everywhere because all these years he has been an insurmountable obstacle for all of them for being fully supported by the Serb people. That only shows how great Dodik is, because of whom they fail to see BiH or its problems,” Špirić told SRNA. He adds that the November 23 elections, although undesired, will once again show whom the Serb people support and will yield the same result. As for the SDA Main Committee’s conclusions, Špirić said they sent a clear message that they support outvoting as the majority people, as well as the unitarization of the country in which they would make decisions on behalf of the other two constituent peoples. “These are preparations for the 2026 election campaign, where they will fight against the ‘Troika’ parties through national issues,” Špirić pointed out. He recalled that constant statements from Sarajevo about keeping the OHR are the result of helplessness and a lack of understanding of new global dynamics, as both the SDA and other Sarajevo-based parties have become accustomed to having international representatives fight their political battles and solve their problems. “The sooner they face reality and sit down to negotiate with the democratically elected representatives of the other two peoples, the sooner we will resolve the accumulated issues. Otherwise, we’ll just keep treading water and looking for someone to blame,” Špirić concluded.
