PARIS, NOVEMBER 25 /SRNA/ – French Member of the European Parliament Jean-Lin Lacapelle congratulated Siniša Karan on his victory in the presidential election in Republika Srpska, emphasizing that it represents a victory of a people who do not submit.
Lacapelle stressed that this is a victory for sovereignty, but also a victory for Milorad Dodik. "Long live Republika Srpska!", Lacapelle wrote on X.
