DODIK: MAX PRIMORAC HIGHLIGHTED WHAT IS ALREADY EVIDENT-BiH IS FAILED STATE
BELGRADE, DECEMBER 3 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik said that Heritage Foundation member Max Primorac was entirely correct when he stated during the US House of Representatives Congressional hearing on the Western Balkans, organized by the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, that BiH was a failed state.
“Primorac simply said yesterday what everyone should be able to see: that in BiH a foreign bureaucrat blocks laws, removes elected leaders, vetoes legislation, bans anyone he dislikes, and poisons interethnic relations,” Dodik posted on the social network X. Dodik stated that political Sarajevo, instead of defending the equality and sovereignty of the peoples and the entities, has been trying for years to create a unitary BiH in which only Bosniaks would make decisions. “That project is doomed to fail,” Dodik said. He pointed out that, on the other hand, for years Republika Srpska has been defending the Dayton Agreement and resisting the stripping of its competencies, the dismantling of the Dayton constitutional framework, and attempts to turn a complex state union into a Muslim unitary state in the heart of Europe. Dodik stressed that Dayton is the only framework for BiH’s survival, and that anything outside of it is unconstitutional, unsustainable, and will be rejected without hesitation. He added that yet another example of the distorted thinking and acting of political Sarajevo was yesterday’s attempt to push certain documents through the Council of Ministers outside proper procedure. “Once again they showed that BiH is merely the illusion of a state, a caricature of a country in which political Sarajevo seeks only to humiliate other peoples and impose its will! That is why BiH, in any form, is a failed country, a failed society, a failed idea,” Dodik said.
