KRNJIĆ AGAIN REJECTS RULEBOOK NEEDED TO OPEN NEW GRADIŠKA BORDER CROSSING
BANJALUKA, DECEMBER 10 /SRNA/ – The Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority /ITA/ of BiH once again failed, during today’s second extraordinary session, to adopt amendments to the Rulebook on Internal Organization of the ITA, which are necessary to enable the launch of operations at the newly built Gradiška border crossing, the Minister of Finance and Treasury in the Council of Ministers Srđan Amidžić has stated.
Zijad Krnjić, a member of the Management Board from the pool of experts appointed by the Government of the Federation of BiH /FBiH/, voted against the rulebook for the fourth time. Also on today's agenda was the decision on the allocation of toll revenues for highways and roads, but it did not receive support from FBiH. Meanwhile, members of the Management Board from Republika Srpska did not support decisions on financial settlements between the entities for the past three years. The ITA Management Board also failed to adopt the decision determining provisional coefficients for the distribution of funds from the single account for the period October–December 2025.
