DODIK: NO REASON TO BELIEVE IN EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 1 /SRNA/ – SNSD Leader Milorad Dodik says the EU has collapsed as a community, therefore there is no longer any reason for Republika Srpska to believe in European integration.

"/German Chancellor Friedrich/ Merz says that we should consider creating Europe of two speeds, which means that this Europe no longer exists and has collapsed. So why are you pushing us into it?" Dodik told the press in Banja Luka. He pointed out that the only logical step is to stop and see which Europe is with two or perhaps six speeds. "You want to drag us into it, to dispose of our resources, buy up our young people and send them to the eastern front. That is what they aspire to; anyone who nowadays advocates the story of European integration is advocating exactly that," Dodik said. According to him, such narratives must be stopped. "Europe has collapsed as a community, thus no reason for us to believe in something like that," Dodik concluded.
