NEW ROUND OF VISITS COMING SOON
BANJA LUKA, FEBRUARY 12 /SRNA/ - SNSD leader Milorad Dodik announced that a new round of diplomatic visits is coming soon and said that in a recent conversation, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who met with Donald Trump, told him that he would inform the top US leadership at the first opportunity about "certain matters concerning Republika Srpska".
"Now we will visit our friends again to keep them informed. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is currently meeting with Donald Trump in the U.S. In our conversation, he said that at the first opportunity, he would brief the top US leadership on matters concerning us," Dodik told RTRS. Commenting on the perceived insignificance of Republika Srpska's diplomatic visits, Dodik sent a message to Sarajevo saying that if they can, they should go and take photos in the hallways. "Let's see if you can get a photo with the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, or with the US Secretary of War, or enter the White House and meet with Landau, or talk with Netanyahu. Go ahead, sit with Viktor Orbán. But you can't even meet with Erdoğan," Dodik emphasized. He also commented on the verbal attack by the president of Our Party Sabina Ćudić on Israel and its state leadership, who met with a delegation from Republika Srpska. "Sabina Ćudić constantly attacks Israel. Why didn't she remember the `dead children` on October 7, when Hamas attacked Israel? Aren't you ashamed to constantly attack Israel, the suffering Jewish people? Now we're supposed to be ashamed because we have excellent relations with the most important people in Israel," Dodik said. He also added that he had heard that now they, Željko Komšić, are going to "fix something," and asked whether they in Sarajevo think they will decide what we in Republika Srpska do. He also commented on the property, which he says is a settled matter, noting that Radio Free Europe reported that a piece of land in Sarajevo was sold to the Islamic Republic of Iran, and that they built a facility there for training purposes, though it is unclear what exactly it is for. "On the walls are pictures of Soleimani, their commander, who led terrorist actions around the world. And now Iran can own property in BiH, but Republika Srpska cannot? The property issue is settled; that question cannot be brought up for discussion. It is finished," Dodik said. He emphasized that they will not get a single centimeter of Republika Srpska. "If I could, I would even divide the air between us," Dodik stressed.
